Mike Kepuraitis

With over three decades of experience in retirement plan administration, Mike serves as Director of Retirement Plan Services at HowardSimon Retirement. Since joining the firm in 1995, he has played a key role in supporting the growth of the organization and delivering high-quality service to clients and their advisors. 
 
In his role, Mike oversees plan administration operations, ensuring that retirement plans are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. He works closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to help employers maintain well-run retirement plans that support their long-term goals and the financial well-being of their employees. 
 
Mike is a proud graduate of Northern Illinois University and is a registered CPA. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in plan design, compliance, and administration, making him a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. His long tenure at HowardSimon reflects his commitment to service, operational excellence, and helping clients navigate the evolving retirement plan landscape.
