Nick Ciaccio

Nick joined HowardSimon Retirement in 2005 as a Plan Administrator and now leads the firm as Vice President. In his role, he drives operational excellence and client success across the firm’s retirement plan services. Nick has a strong background in retirement plan operations and compliance, delivering tailored solutions that help plan sponsors and advisors navigate complex regulatory landscapes while ensuring participant outcomes remain at the forefront. 

Nick believes in implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in plan administration, while also ensuring that the firm is meeting ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements while adapting to the ever-evolving industry changes.  

Nick is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He is passionate about leveraging technology and best practices to simplify retirement plan administration and create meaningful value for all stakeholders. Based in the Chicago area, Nick and his wife take great pride in their four children and value the time they spend together as a family.
