Patrick Pasqualicchio

As Director of Plan Consulting, Patrick helps employers design and manage retirement programs that support strong outcomes for both organizations and their employees. He specializes in retirement plan design and consulting and advisor relationships.  

Patrick joined HowardSimon Retirement in 2008 as Vice President of Client Service and Education and was promoted to Director of Plan Consulting in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in sales at Van Kampen Funds, building a strong foundation in investment solutions and client relationships. 
 
He earned his undergraduate degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and his master’s degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also serves on the board of the B.R. Ryall YMCA of Northwestern DuPage County, supporting initiatives that strengthen the local community.
